RBD Glass was established in 2003 following 5 years of unsuccessfully sourcing a quality sealed unit. Since manufacturing our own we have achieved an exceptional product with EN1279 standards, all of this available with a 10 year warranty.
We have invested in top technology, such as:
- An automatic cutting table with edge deletion
- A glass washing machine
- A Tamglass toughening plant, satisfying EN12150 standards
- We have also perfected a mitred Georgian bar that results in a sturdier product
- Sealed unit production uses our unique methods; including 100 micron tape, trimmed flush to the unit edge, which eliminates rainwater entrapment
